Cremation and Aftercare
We are honoured to work with two trusted pet crematoriums to support families across our service areas.
For families in the London area, we partner with Jeff Bushell of London Beloved Pet Cremation, a small, local crematorium just outside the city. Jeff shares our values of respect, care, and personal connection, and handles every pet with the utmost dignity.
For families in the Tri-Cities and Guelph areas, we partner with Gateway Pet Memorial, a well-established cremation provider offering a wide selection of memorial products and personalized options.
We’ve chosen these providers intentionally to help keep pets closer to home and to ensure a seamless, compassionate aftercare process.
Some families in the London area choose Gateway because their previous pets went there or they’re looking for specific urns or keepsakes - and that’s okay. We’ll always honour your preferences and help coordinate what feels best for your family.
Private Cremation Services
Your beloved pet is cremated on their own - never alongside other animals - so you can be certain the ashes returned are theirs, and theirs alone. Their remains are returned to you in a dignified urn of your choice, with your pet’s name thoughtfully engraved. Starting at $475 + tax.Â
Both of our aftercare partners offer a wide selection of specialty urns and custom keepsakes to help you create a meaningful memorial.
Communal Cremation Services
With communal cremation, your pet is gently cremated with other beloved animals. Their ashes are respectfully laid to rest at Sandy Ridge Pet Cemetery in Eden, Ontario.
London Area: Ashes are scattered in the Memory Garden at London Beloved Pet Cremation: a serene space open to visitors at 2470 Cromarty Drive.
Tri-Cities/Guelph Area: Ashes are respectfully laid to rest at one of Gateway Pet Memorials dedicated pet cemeteries.Â
Communal cremation is available for $170 + HST and allows families to honour their pet’s memory with dignity and simplicity. While ashes are not returned, you may still choose keepsake items like paw prints or memorials that do not contain remains.
