Questions

Most of the time, this is not a problem. We feel it is important that companions have an opportunity to be part of the final journey. If the other pet (typically dog(s)) is a bit bouncy and hyper, we usually suggest they wait in another room until after the euthanasia has occurred - do not take away from the sense of calm. Please talk to us if you have another pet(s).

Typically, after passing, there is anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes in the appointment to spend with your pet. For those who feel they will need more time, just speak to us and we can make a plan.

Whenever possible, we kindly ask that payment be arranged in advance of your visit. This allows our team to focus fully on what matters most while we’re with you — supporting your pet and your family with presence and care.

We truly feel privileged to provide the services we provide. We get to meet amazing pet parents who understand that a good death is as important as a good life. We believe that by letting pets die with dignity, we are offering them a cure for their suffering. We spend lots of time cuddling our pets outside of work, and taking down time when we need it.

No, our vehicles do not have any signage on them. We drive regular cars/SUVs.

We have supplies to make ink paw and/or nose prints during the visit, upon request. There is no additional charge for the ink prints our team makes during the service. Please let our team know if you would like these. For clay paw prints, we allow the artists at the crematorium to make these at their associated costs.

Yes. We have protocols in place to ensure that when we declare your pet is deceased, he/she is for certain.

We have set our pricing structure to allow us to invest in our teams and provide compassionate care. We are not the least expensive or the most expensive option for euthanasia and cremation. Some factors can cause variation in cost, so it is best to contact us for an idea of cost for your pet.
